Product features: This kind of alloy powder is produced by vacuum atomization. Each particle not only has the same homogeneous chemical composition, but also has ultra-fine grain size, thus eliminating the macrosegregation of the second phase.  The M3/2 class high speed steel is capable of producing highly wear resistant parts with good toughness and excellent red hardness due to the combination of tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium alloying elements which produce hard and temperature resistant alloy carbides .The material can be used in the full dense state using a vacuum sintered part production process or as a porous material when sintered using continuous furnaces with mixed gas.

2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Laiwu district, Jinan city, Shandong Province, China. You can come to Shanghai first and transfer to our factory with us, or you can fly to Jinan city and we will pick you up at airport or high speed train station.

4. Q: How can I get some samples and how long will it take?
A: For small quantity sample, it is free, but the air freight is collect or pays us the cost in advance, we usually use International Express, and we will ship it to you after receipt of your charge.
